    Tuition and Payment Schedule

    1. Payment Acknowledgment
      All payments made shall be acknowledged with an official receipt issued by the School.
    2. Refund Policy
      Payments are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation, the School reserves the right to retain the payment as a processing fee.
    3. Payment Default and Remedies In the event of non-payment:
      • A first notice will be issued to the student as a reminder.
      • If payment remains unsettled after the designated number of days stated in the first notice, a second notice will be sent, and the student’s account will be suspended.
         Continued failure to pay may lead to legal action. Legal proceedings will be exclusively filed and litigated in the proper courts of Bacolod City, Philippines. Furthermore, the parent/guardian of the student will be responsible for any legal fees or costs incurred by the School in enforcing this Agreement.
    4. Attendance and Conduct
      Regular attendance is required. Absences must be communicated in advance to the School. The student is expected to behave respectfully and follow all School rules and policies.
    5. Certificate of Completion
      Upon successful completion of the program, including meeting attendance and performance requirements, and full payment of all fees, the school will issue a Certificate of Completion.
    6. Waiver of Liability
      The parent or legal guardian of the student acknowledges and agrees to release the School, its officers, staff, and agents from any liability for incidents that may occur during program participation, as long as the School exercises reasonable care to ensure the student’s safety.
    7. Intellectual Property
      All course materials, content, and resources provided by the School remain the intellectual property of the School. The student agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or use any materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the School.
    8. Confidentiality
      The School will protect the confidentiality of student records and information as required by data protection laws. The student is also expected to respect the privacy of other students and instructors.
    9. Technology Use
      Students are expected to use School-provided equipment, internet, and software only for educational purposes and in a responsible manner.
      Any misuse of technology, such as hacking, accessing inappropriate materials, or damaging equipment, may result in payment of damages.
    10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
      This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Bacolod City, Philippines.
    11. Amendments
      Any amendments or modifications to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
    12. Entire Agreement
      This document represents the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

    ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

    The parent / guardian, by signing this page acknowledges that he / she has read this Agreement, understands the terms and conditions, and agrees to the conditions outlined in this document for his/her child.  It is further understood that this agreement supersedes all prior or contemporaneous verbal or written agreements and may not be modified without the written agreement of the student and the School. The student and the school will retain a copy of this agreement.
